I am so glad you are here! My name is Karen Denise. I am a certified Yoga teacher, sound Healer, Usui Shiki Ryoho master practitioner and shamanic reiki master practitioner. I have been practicing Yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2017. I fell in love with the practice, not only what it did for my physical body, but also what it has done for my overall mental well-being. Yoga has taught me to move through life with ease, confidence, and with a calm and patient spirit. I created the Peak Wellness studio with the intention to provide a sanctuary for the practicing Yogis, beginners, the curious, and the community. Peak Wellness, LLC is a unique, accepting, and safe gathering space that offers group and private Yoga sessions, Usui Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, Sound Healing, and specialty group events.

Our current schedule for group Yoga classes and special events is:

Mindful Movement Yoga (All Levels) - Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm to 6:45pm & Alternating Saturdays 9:30am to10:45am

Aerial Restorative Yin (All Levels) - Alternating Saturdays 9:30am-10:45am
