I am so glad you are here! My name is Karen Denise. I am a certified Yoga teacher, sound Healer, Usui Shiki Ryoho master practitioner and shamanic reiki master practitioner. I have been practicing Yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2017. I fell in love with the practice, not only what it did for my physical body, but also what it has done for my overall mental well-being. Yoga has taught me to move through life with ease, confidence, and with a calm and patient spirit. I created the Peak Wellness studio with the intention to provide a sanctuary for the practicing Yogis, beginners, the curious, and the community. Peak Wellness, LLC is a unique, accepting, and safe gathering space that offers group and private Yoga sessions, Usui Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, Sound Healing, and specialty group events.

Mindful Movement Yoga (All Levels) - Tuesdays & Thursdays

6pm to 7pm 

 

​Aerial Restorative Yin (All Levels) - Saturdays 9:30am-10:45am

Community Gentle Yoga (All Levels) - Sundays 8:00am-9:00am - In Person Donations Accepted

Trapeze with Carla - Sunday, Sept 6 and Sept 20- 9:30 am - Please contact Carla at 253.341.1551 to register. Trapeze is a community class. In person donations accepted.​
