Service Description

Using the Yoga hammocks close to the ground, this practice rejuvenates the body and quiets the mind. Postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. Class will end with Savasana in the yoga hammocks either floating above the floor or with the body resting on the floor. Use of props will be encouraged throughout the class. Alternating Saturdays at 9:30am. Pre-registration is required.

Please be courteous and call, text or email if you need to cancel a class less than 30 min beforehand. Otherwise, you can cancel via the website or app. No refunds will be given if you cancel an event unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. No show means no refund for all classes and events.
